cover: tweak styles:

- `optimizeQuality` > `smooth` (CSS language evolution)
- Use `auto` instead of a fixed width.
- Add exceptions for heights and apply them to some previously modified templates.
- Remove `is-large` exception.
- Widen the content column on list curation.
